Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. If you cancel within 30 days of a payment, you get a full refund for that billing period; after that, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@auditsocials.com within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Full terms are in our refund policy.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Both cover all 8 platforms. Free shows the last 30 days, one industry profile and a weekly email digest. Pro ($49/mo) extends history to up to 1 year and adds up to 3 industry profiles, per-change email alerts, enforcement anomaly alerts, the full Early Signals archive, the Monthly Intelligence Report and PDF / CSV exports.
