AuditSocials (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us at support@auditsocials.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your email address and the date of purchase. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take 3–5 business days and PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours, depending on your payment provider.

Subscriptions

For subscription products, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of a payment, you will receive a full refund for that billing period. After 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
