Google has added lotteries to the list of online gambling products permitted in Colombia under its Gambling Ads policy, AuditSocials Policy Tracker shows; the change appears on Google's official Gambling Ads policy page.
The change was detected on October 22, 2026. The Colombia entry now also states that lottery operators must provide their authorization from the Consejo Nacional de Juegos de Suerte y Azar (CNJSA).
That requirement sits alongside the existing rule that operators be registered with Colijuegos and hold a valid license, which applies to all online gambling products in Colombia. Google lists the CNJSA authorization as a country-specific certification requirement for Colombia.
The update applies to paid ads. Affected industries include gaming and esports and marketing and advertising. No effective date was listed. AuditSocials rated the change's severity as medium.
